Ruud works with masterful methods of releasing creative energies—from resistance and patterns of self-sabotage—into greater freedom. In the organizational context, that leads to increased ownership and productivity. He integrates his spiritual experience and shamanic skills in his work, which leads to faster and lasting transformation.

Ruud is a recognized sweat-lodge leader and teacher, and has worked with Lakota Medicine people. He was a spiritual leader in North American Indian spirituality, with a network of 350 people in The Netherlands. As a biologist, he has an ecological approach in working with organizations, using an organic process.

Ruud has a career in mountaineering training and led an expedition in the Himalayas.
As a guide, he now leads people safely, in a masterful way, through the inner landscape, to create the envisioned results in the outer landscape.

Ruud has lived in Colorado for four years. He was born and raised in The Netherlands.
